      I mean, the Mateba Autorevolver (as seen used by Togusa from the Ghost in the Shell series) is also a pistol that fires lower than normal pistols do (from the bottom chamber instead of the top chamber of most other revolvers).
      Heck, the guy who designed the Mateba Model 6 Unica (aka "Mateba" or "Mateba Autorevolver") also designed the Chiappa Rhino as well some 10-11 years later.

    I feel like the priming issue could be resolved with a set of rubber bands to pull the blaster back into battery, or a secondary spring to push the slide back. and maybe add a laser sight to it(if allowed for competitions that is) Other than that it looks real good for a "gen one realistic look foam dart blaster" style, that could be fine tuned as the maker learns from the earlier ones and adapts it to the later production ones.

      I really dont think it is. If you just want to play in your backyard you could buy 2 60 dollar guns for you and a friend for 30 dollars less than one of these. The cheaper airsoft guns dont really hurt very much if their shooting under 300fps so that doesn't matter either. If you spent 150 on an airsoft gun instead of this you could buy an all metal gun that will shoot 50 yards semi accurate.

    • @lightshadow3683
      @lightshadow3683 2 года назад +2

      @@BigGeorgeSteppa That’s the thing I was thinking really. Nerf is kind of a kids-shoot-at-kids hobby where you use clearly fake guns that you can get cheap in most stores. For realism, airsoft will cost more but be much more realistic for the price. The price of this not very realistic nerf gun can get you an almost real airsoft gun, or a passable full kit if you plan to actually play.

    Legit Bread (can I just call you LB or Legit for short?), try sanding down the top of the blaster where the slide rides along, as well as the inside of the slide, but don’t overdo the sanding, just get the surface smooth. Then smear on a thin coating of all purpose grease, or bearing grease, most grease will work, but if you put too much on, it’ll attract a lot of crap. Then try priming the blaster, and when you “wear it in”, it’ll get even smoother and easier, and if that’s not enough, try the 8kg spring, then it should be super smooth and light.
