I have been in this phase for about a month, and I have no explanation why we are here. For some people, they get closure as to why the relationship ended. But for me, I have received nothing. All I am left with is questions. It definitely sucks to be here, and I don't wish this on anyone. Everyone be strong and seek God's guidance, and if you are not a believer, talk about your pain with someone. Holding it in and letting it fester, will only cause you to have a mental breakdown.
I like the idea of nc until I'm the perfect version of myself. I'm still a mess from the way she betrayed me and seemed to enjoy it and was proud of it. 9 months later and I still can't let go of the pain she caused me. Accepting the loss of a childhood friend was more manageable for me than this
My ex called a bunch of times saying he missed me and wanted to see me. When I finally called to meet up, we were together for 4 days. He said he was going to leave the rebound and didn’t! He left again.
You still have Jesus. And Jesus brought Lazarus back from the dead. That is just a minor situation that can be relieved by faith and patience. God will provide your joy whether thru your husband or not.
For me if I knew he was in the rebound I wouldn’t mess with him in the first place. Holding on to someone who has someone else in the picture is still an unstable situation…
