I believe it is "Bright Sunshine Day" written by Marley when he was associated with JAD Records. I do not know if it was ever released by The Wailers; however, Neville Willoughby did cover it and released it on an LP. When I first heard this song, I always wondered if it influenced Johnny Nash's masterpiece, "I Can See Clearly Now".
