Ive had a crv (thai) same as urs for like 2.3 yrs now which is normally driven by us (never driven by drivers) its usually gently driven but smtimes rough now you were saying that theres a weird sound at low rpm which in my case does not occur same with the water dropping sound which does not occur i think u should check ur octane booster or your fuel pump because crv er fuel khubi sensitive so check with your fuel station if they have required fuel

Yes . They are great if comfort is priority but performance wise not the best
