Costello said he has not been added to the witness list at this time. I don't think they need him. The prosecution hasn't proved their case and their star witness committed perjury right in front of them. If these jurors convict, they will have to live with the fact they sent an innocent man to jail. It's that simple. Not a single one of them could possibly be convinced, so if they convict, it's because they are just small petty people.

As Mark Geragos said, the verdict was already determined with the jury selection. All these weeks of testimony are all for not.

Everything about how the jury perceives the trial as described by Andy McCarthy is probably so. That means the whole trial outcome depends upon the two lawyers who are on the jury. If they can remain objective regardless of their opinions on Trump, pro or con, stick to the law, and convey their experience with the law to the rest of the jury, they'd tell the rest of the jury that the case has proved nothing and they must acquit. In that case, the Defense's decision to accept two lawyers on the jury will considered an act of genius going against the accepted wisdom of jury selection. If they're Trump-hating hacks, and Andy McCarthy's observations hold, then the jury will find Trump guilty, and he'll have to tough it out until an appeals court throws it out. But that won't be until after the election. That means Trump would go into the election as a convicted felon, probably not imprisoned due to pending appeal, but he'd have to wear a monitoring ankle bracelet. At that point, all bets are off, not only for the Election but for this country as a whole. The Democrat Party seems to be itching for a one-party state leading to a civil war. They may get it. But if they do, they may not like the result.
If Trump has to wear a monitoring ankle bracket, I think he's get over 400 EVs. This is absolutely ridiculous. Like he's going to escape to Mexico or something.
That's a well-reasoned analysis. We can also hope that some of the jurors "accidentally" caught some of the negative opinions about the trial while flipping channels or catching a glimpse of a headline.
I think your wrong .everything I've heard states they are paying attention.listening to the evidence.and Trump sleeping in court and mumbling under his breath is a sign of a guilty person and the jury can see what hes doing .with all the testimony and evidence Trump stands a good chance of going to jail.

Where does this guy keep getting that Trumps lawyer said no reimbursement? I have looked and can't find it. Any legal fees paid after the services are rendered is reimbursements. They are literally one in the same.
