    Nicely done tour of the property. My wife and I were the original owners of lot #7 and sold the property when we relocated to No. Cal in 1993. Looks great and brings back many fun memories! Say hello to the Menasci’s, Lennox and Younts for me if they are still owners. Dave & Debbie Blackwell

      We love the Younts, Menasci and Lennox families. I will definitely let them know you say, "Hello"! If you are in the Phoenix area, you should stop by!

      It’s an ecological blight that pumps water from other places to sustain it.

    How is the water level maintained? This paradise is destined to go dry .

      This community has been in existence since 1989. The water is sourced from ground water via the Harquahala Aquifer, which is the largest and deepest aquifer in Arizona. This community is outside of the AMA (active management water area), where ground water is more readily available. With the amount of winter rain this year, the aquifer has risen 6ft and we are anticipating and addtional 10 ft gain.

    Where can we learn more about this lake? How do y'all keep it so blue and how do you keep the grass out of it?

      You can go to waterskiarizona.com or email me at susan@susantalarico.com. As for the blue color, we use a product called Aqua Shade. The purpose is keep algae and weed growth at bay by darkening the water, thus keep grass from growing in the lake. In the winter, we use less Aqua Shade since it is not is much is needed in the cooler monts.

      Unfortunately, it is not. That property sold to a family in 2014 that is in for the long haul.

      Juliette, please check www.waterskiarizona.com. Unfortunately, there are no homes available for sale at Lakeside at this time. There are some properties available at Spring Mountain Ski Ranch.

    did Dolf de Roos develop this property?

    • @SusanTalaricoREALTOR
      @SusanTalaricoREALTOR  Год назад +1

      No. Dolf has never developed ANY ski lake. The video he has circulating is about Spring Mountain Ski Ranch and it is fake news.
