The house is cool but I am more impressed by the video very well done and put together. Keep up the great work. Great visuals and great music & great shots👌🏾

It would have to be someone who's got New Money who's pretty established in their Prime moving to Greater Houston from CA, NY, FL, CHI, Vegas or out of the country in their Mid 20s-Mid 30s type of person. The Old Money here would only invest in it, but wouldn't live in it. The newer millionaire money here isn't quite ready for it yet.
The more important question is did it flood during Harvey. Beryl was just a one-day storm and all of Houston was not drenched uniformly the way 6-day Harvey did.
I agree its a strange mix of design and decor... like someone trying to mix goth and old style with modern ... it just doesn't work for me at all then add in the location being in Houston and the price and its 3 strikes out for me

I can certainly see why it costs that much.

Available for a year already. Tough sale in that area.
Most folks don't have $50M lying around.

And you could build the exact same thing for a tenth of the price in a better city
Houston is a HARD pass for me too
