The test is for HEC to determine if you are qualified enough or not for this scholarship You don’t have to upload the test in the application, so you can fill the application and submit it without uploading the test.

You have to sign a bond that you will come back to serve your country but I’ve seen videos of previous scholarship holders where they stayed in Europe and some are working there, some are doing phD etc, so shouldn’t be a big issue if you stay and work there
Hi Sania! Can we apply there w/o opting for this program? There is a chance of not being nominated by the HEC or not getting enough marks in the test which can ruin the entire opportunity
@@sazzadurrahman003 You should choose subjects that are not very different from each other so you can write about both of them in your motivation letter. For example two similar programs could be: -Computer science -Computer science cybersecurity

Now I want to study abroad on scholarship, but most people say that it's nearly impossible for a recently graduated student to go abroad on schalorship for studies, is it true? Can you guide please.
Austrian universities have many scholarships, grants and even full tuition fee waiver options for Pakistan and many other countries. Ig if you have potential to get admission that is if your application is good enough you can try and prove that you don’t have enough financial support and they will help. ALSO when you start researching you might feel that the financial support is mainly for PHD students but you have to really dig deep and you will find one for your program what you want to study too and even for rent and other expenses.
Nothing is impossible. This Hungarian scholarship that I talked about, try applying to this one and there are lots others. You have to dig the internet to find them. I will also post more videos that you can check out.
