i have the same laptop, but when it comes to the cpu, it doesnt manage to reach high speeds like 3.9 ghz, when the cpu is supposed to boost 4.3 ghz
It depends, when you use it on full performance and on charger you are bound to get full speeds
And make some tweaks in general settings and the intel rapid storage technology application

For Roblox, it'll do great, as it isn't really a gpu consuming game, but for genshin impact, you're bound to get minimum performance or even more, but do ensure, that you aren't putting any other load on the cpu and ram, when running genshin impact

you need to get the ram with the same speed, but you can change the speed if you're REPLACING the ram.

It can handle valorant from 30-70fps
When it comes to games like gta, apex and warzone you’ll get 30fps but you can make some tweaks in settings for higher fps
