Real Estate now a days just caters to the ultra rich pinoys or foreigners. When you look at general housing, bakit di natin gayahin ang mga hapon na kahit maliit, maganda pa rin at functional. @@marlo4887 here in Baguio... you cannot just cut pine trees anymore po. You can if it's residential but you have to go through a 'TOUGH' process. Our architecture team...when we design houses... we make it sure that the pine trees within the lot...'AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE' should be part of the design of the house WITHOUT COMPROMISING QUALITY AND SAFETY of our future buyers. :)

thats so wierd and way too much designs...
and paint color is not modern or classical at all...
when you say modern its all about bieng spacious! high cielings! not too much designs or details! all about glass all around and not some darkened rooms...
Sorry po, but the place strikes me as too dysfunctional with a whole bunch of nothing.
