When I visited the comments section here, I was so appalled at the vicious tone of many comments that I just wanted to shut it down. Instead, I want to ask for some peace, love and tolerance. Anyone who knows me, understands that that I want to unite rather than divide people, and that I am all about celebrating our differences.

Definitely a deep video. No one is truly happy until they have love, but these people under the nightlights of Vegas, feel so alone without love. All that glitters is gold, but become lackluster and void of true happiness. The song fits it well. Its the lost love they cant get over and and sleeping alone again just is a reminder that we can take love for granted, but it hits too hard when its finally gone. This is my favorite song by far from him. Hes so handsome and is a great performer.
I think it is about lost love, but also about its substitute; emptiness , emotional void, materialism , intrinsic death....and, well it is kind of USA product....the substitutes. Or who the heck knows anything!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how thoughful this video is? Like, all these people work to entertain and make other people happy: a singer, a stripper, a minister and a dancer. He sings and makes a show, so does the dancer and the stripper, and the minister gets people toguether. But, just as the song says, they are all lonely at the end of the day. They may bring joy and happiness, but at the end they are alone, just enjoying their jobs that make others happy... and I believe that brings another sad view to this song.

Made a huge mistake Googling Adam's news last night and ended up so upset about the way the media just mindlessly repeated the latest rumours I had to take myself off the net. I'm back here today determined to simply listen to Adam and watch his vids. Right now I am feeling the great comfort from Adam's voice.

That happened to me whenever I heard John Frusciante's music.. Do you know his work? If not, try songs like Central, Unreachable, Days Have Turned... Wish someone shows up and walks along with you or, at least, you unveil the answers you need to overcome this sadness state. It is very hard to get rid of it entirely, but it gets better as life goes and more experiences come so you can learn from then. Best wishes :)

My heart literally exploded when Adam performed this beautiful song last Thursday at the Celebrity Theater in Phoenix. ALN hits even harder when performed live, but that's not a surprise. Adam live is an almost religious experience given his talent, stage presence and charisma. I need a generous "Adam dose" next year in pursuit of #TheOriginalHigh

This song is so purposeful and the video is lovely, as it massively epitomises how one can feel when one is lonely and one feels like one has no one in one's world to be with one. I remember how excited I was when I came across this song and the trailer which I accidentally happened to come across. I remember hearing Gigi Gorgeous's character's monologue in her trailer to the music video: it was so emotional. The words her character uses, how she describes loneliness is so, so true and beautiful, something to which anyone can relate if they have ever felt lonely. Well done for crafting this work, Lambert. This is a brilliant song visually, musically, vocally and lyrically. Alas, this sound should have been a massive success on the charts the world over, but it was not.

This is so sad. I tear up each time I watch this. What a story here, all of us doing what we need to do to function in society, and we come home alone, and feel the tremendous sadness of loneliness. Gosh, powerful. To think of everyone's backstory, broken relationships and sadness. And apart from the story, this is incredible singing and music. I don't know much about Adam Lambert, but I sure hope he has several Grammys. This performer is unmatched and truly deserving of all the industry's accolades. Impeccable music.

If there ever was a talk, it might have merely been something that had gotten thrown on the table and failed through because they were not good match. I can't stop listening to this since it came out...it saddens me every time I hear it, but in some strange way it also gives me hope. This song allows me to feel and explore the reasons why I am so down, and from that I hope to make steps towards happiness...time is all I need.

Wish someone shows up and walks along with you or, at least, you unveil the answers you need to overcome this sadness state. It is very hard to get rid of it entirely, but it gets better as life goes and more experiences come so you can learn from then. Best wishes :)

This song is so purposeful and the video is lovely, as it massively epitomises how one can feel when one is lonely and one feels like one has no one in one's world to be with one.
I remember how excited I was when I came across this song and the trailer which I accidentally happened to come across. I remember hearing Gigi Gorgeous's character's monologue in her trailer to the music video: it was so emotional. The words her character uses, how she describes loneliness is so, so true and beautiful, something to which anyone can relate if they have ever felt lonely.
Well done for crafting this work, Lambert. This is a brilliant song visually, musically, vocally and lyrically. Alas, this sound should have been a massive success on the charts the world over, but it was not.
