When I visited the comments section here, I was so appalled at the vicious tone of many comments that I just wanted to shut it down. Instead, I want to ask for some peace, love and tolerance. Anyone who knows me, understands that that I want to unite rather than divide people, and that I am all about celebrating our differences.

Definitely a deep video. No one is truly happy until they have love, but these people under the nightlights of Vegas, feel so alone without love. All that glitters is gold, but become lackluster and void of true happiness. The song fits it well. Its the lost love they cant get over and and sleeping alone again just is a reminder that we can take love for granted, but it hits too hard when its finally gone. This is my favorite song by far from him. Hes so handsome and is a great performer.
I think it is about lost love, but also about its substitute; emptiness , emotional void, materialism , intrinsic death....and, well it is kind of USA product....the substitutes. Or who the heck knows anything!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how thoughful this video is? Like, all these people work to entertain and make other people happy: a singer, a stripper, a minister and a dancer. He sings and makes a show, so does the dancer and the stripper, and the minister gets people toguether. But, just as the song says, they are all lonely at the end of the day. They may bring joy and happiness, but at the end they are alone, just enjoying their jobs that make others happy... and I believe that brings another sad view to this song.
Made a huge mistake Googling Adam's news last night and ended up so upset about the way the media just mindlessly repeated the latest rumours I had to take myself off the net. I'm back here today determined to simply listen to Adam and watch his vids. Right now I am feeling the great comfort from Adam's voice.

That happened to me whenever I heard John Frusciante's music.. Do you know his work? If not, try songs like Central, Unreachable, Days Have Turned... Wish someone shows up and walks along with you or, at least, you unveil the answers you need to overcome this sadness state. It is very hard to get rid of it entirely, but it gets better as life goes and more experiences come so you can learn from then. Best wishes :)

I love this song because it shows that you could have beautiful looks but you will be the one who will be alone at night, I have a stammer and loneliness is one of the feeling that people who stammer feel and is so sad and you feel that that no one is going to take you seriously or find you interesting enough, or even not liking you for who you are.
I can so relate to this, I work in a remote resort in Hospitality, I get paid to perform, smiling greeting people from all over the world but when I finish the smile goes and I go back home to my sad lonely life ready to do it all again the next day!
This makes me so sad, because is so real. We've all been there, some of us more than others, when we see everybody else being happy and making their dreams come true, except us, at least that's how I feel the song. Great great song, and really deep video.

Let's face it: This can't really be called pop. We can classify it under a totally different genre: Adam's angelic music. This is the fact of the matter. The music video in itself was amazing. I saw Adam Lambert live for the first time ever and looks and sound amazing. He sang and talked about his new video. I have been watching and I love it and can relate to parts of it and it has a great beat. I want to see him do a US tour in 2016. Wish someone shows up and walks along with you or, at least, you unveil the answers you need to overcome this sadness state. It is very hard to get rid of it entirely, but it gets better as life goes and more experiences come so you can learn from then. Best wishes :)

This is so sad. I tear up each time I watch this. What a story here, all of us doing what we need to do to function in society, and we come home alone, and feel the tremendous sadness of loneliness. Gosh, powerful. To think of everyone's backstory, broken relationships and sadness. And apart from the story, this is incredible singing and music. I don't know much about Adam Lambert, but I sure hope he has several Grammys. This performer is unmatched and truly deserving of all the industry's accolades. Impeccable music.
