As a fellow mastemon enjoyer its definitely a little sad seeing my favorite deck lose so badly but at the end of the day and as it was mentioned in the video its a card game can't win them all. Hopefully the Mastemon pilot has a better time against belphemon. One small suggestion is consider running the demimeramon if you're running the eyesmon scattermode package. That way u can get the full value of the small draw combo.
After testing this format with and against many decks, there is no way a stack deck can play the suicide your first digi from raising any more. Trying to use Eyesmon-Demimera to cycle through your hand means you are losing to all high tier decks no questions asked by virtue of you only interacting with the board in the form of your stack on turn 4 (Hatch turn 1, suicide turn 2, hatch turn 3, go for a stack play turn 4). In four uninteractive turns, Shine just kills you, Royal Knights setup for an overwhelming kill as well, Blue Flare will Rush you. Imo, the way anyone needs to build for this format onwards is to build around their first stack impacting the game and getting to it early enough. For Maste, that can be done by utlizing 3 Ophanis in the deck and AngewomonX, which means you will stabilize through having 2 extra security to work with, and you will clear off a lvl 4 in the process, while not losing as much tempo from Ophani dying. This way you set up your plays more reliably imo. Another way to look at it if you want to go with the suicide lvl 3-4 plan is to run a heavy amount of security bombs that will keep you alive when they rush you (like 4 Degrade and 4 Lonkhe) but even then you cannot guarantee you see them in security as often since only TK can filter security (you skip on using angewo bt11 early since you are suiciding your stack) not to mention the chance that he finds nothing to filter due to the heavy amount of Purple that list plays, or even worse it grabs out a Bomb so that you don't end up with 1 less security
taht was crushingly fast, i hope to see a bit more of Mastemon strength with other matchups, i like the deck overall.
