- Having previously climbed Haystacks the day before Alex takes on the challenge of Outerside and Barrow, nestled within the Coledale horseshoe these two fells offer wonderful panoramic views. The day was hot and humid with temps up to 26C , Alex was a little tired and developed a blister early in the walk but persevered and completed the task ahead. Well done son. 😎
Two canny fells and the Coledale Horseshoe is my favourite horseshoe in the whole of the lakes, when you said there was a welcome breeze I assume you were not talking about Mally 😵💫. Another couple ticked off and apart from scary sheep, another great walk out in great weather too, cheers Alan

Another great day to be out on the Fells, and some great views too! Despite the heat and a blister Alex took it all in his stride, it shouldn't take him long to complete all the Wainwrights at this rate!👍👍

Great video Stu. Perfect weather too. I'm hoping to do Causey Pike soon which I noticed that you pointed out in your video. I'd like to do Grisedale pike as well at some point.
