Barbarian slow with 60% pdr, no. barbarian gains +50% pdr from savage roar and has the best ranged weapon in the game. Barbarians have strength and vigor so they only need to kit up for movespeed to do very good dmg with minimal gear. Class is very unbalanced because it has a little too much of everything. Barbs should be strong, tanky and slow with weapon out.
