By the way lets assume there is a flag from front end to indicate hard coded blogs or rest api blogs. In such case can we have both implementations in the DI container and request required one at run time based on that flag ?

Yah.. you can change the code in the Startup.cs like this
services.AddScoped(provider =>
{
var context = provider.GetService();
var queryFlag = context.HttpContext.Request.Query["flag"].ToString();
if (queryFlag == "hardcoded")
{
return provider.GetRequiredService();
}
return provider.GetRequiredService();
});
And use HttpClient within the class for BlogHttpService implementation.
