@DLP1496 Hi Its one of those tubes that has a noise maker in the center and when its tipped straight up and down the noise maker falls to the bottom creating a noise then when the tube is turned and tipped straight up and down the noise maker will be at the top and it will fall again creating a different sound... i have one ;)
