Stringing the argument "repetition is displayed in nature" and for that reason somehow it can be linked to a group of men chanting zhikar in a manner that was never practiced by the prophets or their companions is very weak.(You can even make the argument it is disrespectful.) As for receiving enlightenment... umm no that is a human physiological natural high effect thru spinning in a circle or breathing a particular way....you can achieve the same results using the Wim Hoff breathing techniques✌

Once you experience Allah and you feel Allah in your heart, and you realize that Allah is the only one thing that actually matters, you'll understand why people do this stuff. One night, I had a deep meditation. I went so far and deep (mentally) I realized that nothing really matters in this world except Allah. You're really stressing for nothing. I had a lot of stress and worry, and even depression. This caused me to be so unproductive in life. I had this moment of enlightenment during this meditation. I realized everything is eventually for Allah. I have a purpose. This life is from Allah, for Allah and by Allah. He is "al-Hajj", which roughly translates to as "The Life, The Owner of Life, The taker of Life, The giver of Life, The source of Life". He is al-Awwal, "The first". And He is the last, "al-Akhir". He is The eternal. He has many more beautiful names through which you can know Allah. This moment was so intense that I felt shivers through my body and felt physically paranoid for the rest of the night, but yet mentally/psychologically appreciative of life and peaceful, happy. No suicidal thoughts, no constant headaches, no stress. My mindset fundamentally changed for the better. Alhamdullillah. I have never said Allahu Akbar and Subhan'Allah and alhamdullillah in a more spiritual way than during that night. It is your ego, also known as your "nafs" that is stopping you from actually experiencing and feeling Allah. You have to perform your inner jihad to fight off your ego. That is, as the prophet Muhammed(saw) said, the greatest jihad. To fight off your nafs, your ego. Once you do that, your consciousness will increase. There is an authentic hadeeth that states that the one who has the smallest amount of arrogance will never even smell paradise, let alone see, feel or experience it. Isn't arrogance the essence of ego? And doesn't the ego prevent oneself from reaching any form of enlightenment?
@@abidqadri4610 Definitely try it. But remember once you experience it, it's something that stays with you. I posted the original comment 2 months ago. I still am different compared to before those two months. It wasn't "a fase". And it also takes a lot of time and practice. I was heavily using my brain in reasoning in that period, as I was studying mathematics and thinking about my life at the same time. I had several odd "philosophical" dreams as a consequence of that. And I meditated several times before. So, that all paved the way for me to "be able" to experience that. A lot of people that take psychedelics describe very similar experiences to what I had. I think psychedelics are like a "quick hack" and more intense, while meditation requires much more preparation and patience.

Stringing the argument "repetition is displayed in nature" and for that reason somehow it can be linked to a group of men chanting zhikar in a manner that was never practiced by the prophets or their companions is very weak.(You can even make the argument it is disrespectful.)
As for receiving enlightenment... umm no that is a human physiological natural high effect thru spinning in a circle or breathing a particular way....you can achieve the same results using the Wim Hoff breathing techniques✌

Once you experience Allah and you feel Allah in your heart, and you realize that Allah is the only one thing that actually matters, you'll understand why people do this stuff.
One night, I had a deep meditation. I went so far and deep (mentally) I realized that nothing really matters in this world except Allah. You're really stressing for nothing. I had a lot of stress and worry, and even depression. This caused me to be so unproductive in life. I had this moment of enlightenment during this meditation. I realized everything is eventually for Allah. I have a purpose. This life is from Allah, for Allah and by Allah. He is "al-Hajj", which roughly translates to as "The Life, The Owner of Life, The taker of Life, The giver of Life, The source of Life". He is al-Awwal, "The first". And He is the last, "al-Akhir". He is The eternal. He has many more beautiful names through which you can know Allah.
This moment was so intense that I felt shivers through my body and felt physically paranoid for the rest of the night, but yet mentally/psychologically appreciative of life and peaceful, happy. No suicidal thoughts, no constant headaches, no stress. My mindset fundamentally changed for the better. Alhamdullillah.
I have never said Allahu Akbar and Subhan'Allah and alhamdullillah in a more spiritual way than during that night.
It is your ego, also known as your "nafs" that is stopping you from actually experiencing and feeling Allah. You have to perform your inner jihad to fight off your ego. That is, as the prophet Muhammed(saw) said, the greatest jihad. To fight off your nafs, your ego. Once you do that, your consciousness will increase.
There is an authentic hadeeth that states that the one who has the smallest amount of arrogance will never even smell paradise, let alone see, feel or experience it.
Isn't arrogance the essence of ego? And doesn't the ego prevent oneself from reaching any form of enlightenment?

@@abidqadri4610 Definitely try it. But remember once you experience it, it's something that stays with you. I posted the original comment 2 months ago. I still am different compared to before those two months. It wasn't "a fase".
And it also takes a lot of time and practice. I was heavily using my brain in reasoning in that period, as I was studying mathematics and thinking about my life at the same time. I had several odd "philosophical" dreams as a consequence of that. And I meditated several times before. So, that all paved the way for me to "be able" to experience that.
A lot of people that take psychedelics describe very similar experiences to what I had. I think psychedelics are like a "quick hack" and more intense, while meditation requires much more preparation and patience.
