What else is he doing and wants to do. Plus was he in prison, hence the mindset of not getting a second job and or elevation of education and trade skills?

Can he not start a ssf small business such as lawn mower business and or working the extra money for lawn company and or at the hospitals janitorial engineer tech, many hospitals are always hiring
