  • Asking this question seemed silly, but the results were instant.
We asked the world-famous psychiatrist Dr. Mark Goulston to challenge us with one thing we could do for a week to make our lives better, and then we did it.
Even though the challenge sounded simple, the science was real, and immediately powerful.
This became far bigger than a personal challenge. We discovered we are living through an epidemic of loneliness - about half of all Americans say they sometimes or often feel alone! Half of American adults do not have a meaningful in-person interaction daily!
Dr. Goulston has worked with patients in their darkest moments for decades. His solution might just save us all - or at least make your life better.
Watch this video, and join us and Dr. Goulston in his global What Made You Smile Today movement.
What made you smile today? Pass it on.

And when they hear the word smile the very first thing they did was SMILE. Someone used their name (recognition), you provided your name (offering trust), used the word smile which immediately made them happy to have someone listening to them. It stopped them dead in their tracks and gave them permission to connect. This is magical!
