Well and truly blocked, but it took a few different nozzles to clear it, I think there will be a return visit on this one. The drain is massively displaced and needs work.

One of the advantages of doing dirty work (and especially sewer work) is an increased immunity system. Also being outside all the time does wonders for your vitamin D levels, which is one of the important vitamins to keep healthy (also proven by the rona virus)

It’s worth checking where the nozzle is as I have seen one going round the soil pipe bend and climbing vertically towards the wc pan resulting in a sprayed bathroom ceiling. And why not get the owner to run the cold water continuously?

The spinner cleans the walls of the pipe, also creates lots of agitation if inside a mass. ✌️

I agree, I know that you have a lot of experience Tony,I am a drainage engineer as well and imo that porridge needed to be diluted to flow properly,or a good head of water to flush it on,I would of probably tried putting the jet a meter or so up the inlet of the upstream manhole and leave it running for a few minutes see if it would flush it on downstream,you got the blockage cleared which is the most important thing, keep up the good work pal!
you never run the line from man hole to man hole to make sure it was open all the way. Didn't run die through either. Then you tell her, her problem was pipe displacement she needs to dig it up and replace the pipe. Sure it's not you having to pay for it.
Appreciste your comments but you assume what you see on a short edited video is the complete picture. I dont know if your in the game yourself but if you are u will know that often we are there for many hours trying to sort the problem out. The customer has had continued drain problems. You seem a bit agitated, mate.
