I'm very early in the programme and have lapsed twice already, but knowing I have 12 steps to go back to is keeping me far more sober even on the days I've drunk. It's all a bit of a carousel, but it's slowing down the longer I stay within the programme. Huge respect to you!
Fantastic, just keep going one day at a time, moderation is just too difficult for a lot of us. I'm 22 months dry so far, couldn't hack moderation at all.
