    There seems to be a difference between the wording of an upfront contract of an unscheduled meeting and one where a meeting is scheduled in advanced - via cold e-mail for example.

    Dan. What if the "prospects" keep saying, no, or yes you are bothering me. I'm talking real cold calls. It's where most sales executives find themselves - at some point.
