I like how at 6:20 when she mentions handing the track to “another set of beautiful hands”, her right hand partially disappears! 😂

Yeah I see that as well. How could this happen ? Is this AI? Is she not really sitting there?

@@triniticoclough6387 I'm not too sure; my only idea would have been that she wasn't sitting there and the background was superimposed afterwards. But that just seems like an odd thing to do. You can also see that only half her foot is there too. Could be a Back to the Future thing....

Nice session, Gena. But why not show credits for or at least introduce your musicians? As a producer/engineer I know that you know your projects sound largely the way they do because of the great folks playing (and singing) on your sessions. Sadly, this issue keeps sinking further down all the time and the lack of recognition for these fine guys and gals needs to change throughout the entire industry. Your work sounds good because of them and your artist (and of course, obviously, your contribution as well). The well-deserved celebrated Focusrite company and the folks that work for them should know this, too. Good grief - shine a light on everyone, please! Thank you, David ex-Nashville producer/engineer

She captured their sound and she hands that over to someone who shapes that sound into something beautiful. The artist and musicians are always credited and mention but very often the behind the scenes folks like recording and mixing engineers are not really recognized. While yes her capture and his mix sounds amazing due to the awesome artist who created it but with out being properly captured and mixed how would we the world know unless we went to a show.
As a fellow recording and mix engineer and composer, hats off to all of you! Sounds amazing from top to bottom!
