Are you sure about the pricetag? The Vegafina robusto (same band, dimensions and so on) cost around £10 here in Sweden and cigars are way cheaper here. Very nice intro btw :)
Vegafina’s are big tabacco (Imperial), mass marketed, frankencigars.. One of the reasons I started smoking cigars in the first place was to get away from that dark side of the tabacco industry.. (cigarettes basically) Knowing what I’m actually smoking is everything to me these days and while vegafina sells a shit ton of sticks, I can’t help but feel a complete disconnection from the product.. I.e. What the hell am I smoking now!? As for the cigars.. Very mild, smooth, flat, hay.. Perfectly aimed at the beginner.
Hmmm.... looks like a VF Nicaragua. Can't say much about the cigar but 4 bucks seems to be reasonable when I look at the MSRP here in the States. Well, the cigar treated you well and that's all that matters.
