  • Hi friends ☁️
    Occasionally I'd like to share some of my favourite pieces that I made in the past - like this Molly charm from Animal Crossing! If you follow me on my other social media platforms you might remember seeing them on my TikTok and Instagram ♡ I just want to give them another chance for new eyes to see on my RUclips channel! If you have seen it before and still stayed to watch, I am sending you the biggest of big hugs!
    Thank you ♡
    Best,
    -Val

    Ahh I love watching your processes for these! Could you do a video one day on how you manage to film?? I find it so hard to film making tiny stuff!

    • @ValerieWaiStudios
      @ValerieWaiStudios  3 года назад +2

      Thank you so much lovely x 🥰 it takes a lot of practice but basically I try to always use my palms/round surfaces of my hands (not the tips or pointy parts of my fingers), and press/hold the clay very gently when I’m working 😊 ouu i havent gotten dotty as a suggestion yet! 💕

    this is too cute! you’re a natural 🥰 i also use the same resin, but idky mine come out kinda sticky ;-;

    • @ValerieWaiStudios
      @ValerieWaiStudios  3 года назад +1

      Aw thank you so much Vy 🥰! I find the resins sometimes vary in quality unfortunately even if its the same order/batch, what helps me is curing for longer under the UV lamp (4-6mins, I use a 36W lamp) and especially leaving it on my window sill on a sunny day for a morning or afternoon! 😊

    How is this so perfect!?!?
    Do you ever make something and it doesn’t turn out how you expect? Curious to see how that looks too!

    Hello! I recently started making things out of polymer clay (you inspired me), I was wondering what you use to keep every together? (Head, body, feet)

    • @ValerieWaiStudios
      @ValerieWaiStudios  3 года назад +1

      Hi Karen! Thank you so so much 💛🥰 I do 3 main things to keep different parts together: 1) blend 2) use sculpey bake n bond 3) use metal wiring/headpins to go through multiple pieces!
