I’ve been using Todoist for almost four years and recently hit the Enlightened Karma points level. I love the extra flexibility of the Pro plan and really appreciate all the new features that are rolled out over the years.

I'm doing a trial of pro after using the app off and on for a few years but using it very consistently for almost a year. My advice for anyone interested in todoist is to start free, REALLY use it as much as you can make it part of the routine and the pro version (if you need it) will be lifechanging. I can't see myself going back now. I'm a creative entrepreneur so lots of work in different buckets including keeping up with a lot of health issues which is a job in and of itself. I can see all my pieces in Todoist or if that's overwhelming, I can just focus on one area.

I’ve tried a lot of different productivity apps.
But Todoist’s design, simplicity and functionality are wonderful!

Please add more themes ( especially dark ones), and the ability to change the # from the projects to emojis or something. Small things but would be great

The project limit of 5 projects under Free and 300 projects under pro, does this count both parent projects and child (sub) projects or just the number of parent projects? Thanks 🙏🏻

I love how Todoist is more like if you want more, use Pro, not like other companies where you need their subscription to just USE the app and not the crappy bad version.

Yeah it’s worth it if you utilize integrations (either mails, web extensions… etc) and use reminders a lot.

Great video. I've been an avid user of Todoist for a few years now. HOWEVER, it's notable that no one from Todoist came back to answer questions in the comments. That's really disappointing and doesn't give a great impression. Come on Todoist, you can do better than that.

You're totally right Ben! We're getting 100's of comments across the videos at the moment and have yet to find a good workflow for fielding and responding to them. The YT system doesn't make it easy (I just approved your comment then spent 6 mins finding it again 😅). Maybe we need some software to help. Anywho, thanks for the nudge and the patience while we figure it out 😊 - Naomi

Any idea of when we are getting separate do dates and deadline dates?

We may be tinkering away with this as we speak. 🧪

I wish you'd add time tracking of some kind rather than only offering integrations for that purpose.
