2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp pepper corns
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp kasuri methi
11/2 cup chickpea lenti
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 kg bottle gourd
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp onion
2-3 green chilies
coriander leaves
