For a song that eludes to heartbreak the confidence in Sam's sultry voice overrides his pain which to me shows how music is really cathartic for him in my humble opinion. This is my first listen, and I was blown away.

Been a huge fan of the Colourbox version for aeons, especially as it was an atypical release at the time for 4ad
Kudos to Future Islands for picking it but certainly not as good as the stellar vocals of the 80s original imho
