I plan to buy one but only when SONY a7R V is released. I think this lense compliments the leaked specification of the new SONY a7R V. Sony A1 hurts my wallet, so I will wait because we need a new Sony camera for 2022. I think SONY a7R IV and SONY a7R III and earlier versions are great, but I can wait 2-5 months until Sony announce new cameras. I hope it is soon. Thank you for sharing your insight and video. Guess what, I bought my FE 28-80mm F2.8GM II lense POGGERS after using their stock lense 3.5, it wasn't enough. I decided to get this and maybe another lense in the future for ultra wide. for now, this is enough now many of this is out of stock
