Good video, can I just add that you didn’t show that you fitted a bung to the battery vent on the opposite side to the vent tube. 2 vent tube fitting possible, 1 needs blanking off.
Don't flatten your G63 battery completely and having the seats in a normal position for a 5'10 guy. Then you can't open the battery cover, and you can't move the seat because the battery is flat. Great design! 😂😩

Is it necessary to use the memory saver even if the car has an auxiliary battery?
I called Mercedes Benz and they told me i dont need it. I might need to reset the clock tho.

You can also supply 12v to the posts in the engine bay to get power to move the seat, or jump start it.

There’s no aux battery, it’s a capacitor. Looks like a module behind the glove box.
