I d say for guardian and bolster is maybe good to go with hp% and helms, getting hp% on 6 stars helms, that give alot of hp on their own already, and within the set would help to complete the set with high hp, while for example the weapon could potentially be fine in another set and/or 5 stars.

I put swift parry on my Anax and he has survived many killing blows from the CB with it on. Which then grants him his biggest buffs from his passives! I think it IS niche but it certainly does a good job at what it does.
Recently realized I should ignore Resilience for Swift Parry, but prob still stick with 6 star Perception rather than deflection. Thanks for the vid Mr Nubby
Swift Parry forging will be limited based on your ability to get Core hammers. So your decision will be between that and Deflection (with Swift Parry being much better). You’ll get plenty of materials from faction wars for perception and resilience.
deflection gear is actually really good. maybe not as useful as perception but its really worth it to forge decent amount of deflection gear. I put a bunch of crappy deflection gear on a champion and was amazed at how often you deflect debuffs. it could come in handy in live arena by deflecting those bombs. I still make perception a main priority, but i try to at least forge acouple deflection pieces along with swift parry. whats cool about delfeciton is the stats too. +20% Hp and +20% def. thats alot of stats. its 1/3 or a 6 star hp% chest piece. + 1/3 of a 6 star def% gloves piece. so in a way thats 2/3 of a 6 star hp% or def% gloves/chests/boots. its great on a tanky champion you wanna keep alive. the deflecting debuffs is just a really good bonus, deflecting bombs, dec def, CC debuffs, dec sped.. extremely useful on bommal, keeping your champion alive, but also deflecting those bombs killing the boss that much faster because bombs do major damage against bommal.
Do substat charms effect the item's main stat roll? So speed charm helps find speed main stat boots? If that's not the case, I've been doing it so wrong.... EDIT: aaaaand this is the case lmao.
I follow this strategy for resilience, and the fastest piece of gear on my account, a year and a half in, is a quad roll six star legendary resilience weapon. Funny how these things work, but that baby gives me 28 speed
One thing I would disagree is using Ore on gloves, chest, boots. I save ore for top row gear. Using Ore on bottom row gear means you not only need RNG on the sub stats, but on the base stat too. Odds are terrible for that.
I would like to know what champions I should keep and what to feed. I got like 190 of them across all rarities, and I´m pretty sure I do not need all of them. But each has it´s use, the agony of choice. Any advice?
Frostbite only works when you are hit. It’s imo not as great as you and Shini are making it out to be. I see it useful in specific PvP builds, but not dependable enough to overtake a 2 piece perception
Plarium said that the excess great hall medals would give arena sets, which means all those Divine sets.
Another point against Fortitude is once again Stoneskin. 2 and 3 piece stoneskin as off pieces can replicate same/similar benefit.

You know what I end up getting as a FTP when forging bolster? Attack % chests.
It's the same bad RNG when you buy the pass, just more chances to get bad rolls

Ahh, yes, the age-old question.... to be honest, it all depends on your account. What do you need and what are you trying to do.
Keep your good champs, feed your bad ones. There's only like 15 rares worth keeping about 70% of epics are trash
