HE PICKED WALDRON TO BE THE OC! He should be held accountable for that. Not to mention that this is now the second OC firing he has done. Getsy lasted 9 games on the Raiders. Getsy was with Chicago for 2 SEASONS. Funny thing is, if Kingsbury had this offense humming, Flus’s job would be locked and probably get an extension

Optics appear that they care more for hooking up certain agents with connections , over what they put on the field. Dysfunctional from a fans perspective , also disloyal to the fan base. Just because we live in Chicago doesn’t mean we have to resign ourselves to watch hot garbage. I just want to see good football, and it’s not important to Chicago Bears ownership nor top management. Just about 5 hr drive away, there’s a family run team that went out, got good football people to run the team, and got out of the way; the operation there seems to be simply about football. It wasn’t just the screw up vs Commanders; players earlier this season went to the OC to say they needed to be coached harder, held accountable. Counting the Washington loss , that makes four historic collapses in the final minutes of games where the Bears had a roughly 96% chance to win( one of the games I think it was 98% win probability). This HC is a real trailblazer; no one has ever blown it this bad, this many times. Coaching matters , and the players who were here last season already saw a coach that didn’t put them in the best position to win (repeatedly) . You can only BS people with coach speak for certain amount of time. Once the players lose faith, then it snowballs to the negative. Maybe Brown gives them a shot in the arm , but this franchise is dysfunctional from the top down…

Maybe not helping ,but sitting back watching all this, maybe Brown will simplify the offense. Sometimes seems like these guys lose the forest in the trees; rather than looking at what the players are good at, building on it, they just stick to their own system, Get too fancy. Caleb looks overloaded and mechanical …same place Fields was holding the ball, either guys aren’t open or he’s afraid to let it loose…. Coaching DOES matter; it only took a few weeks to break a prospect many here and in the media thought was much better than Fields and have it looking like the same thing , even with more weapons. What other constant is there other than meatball coaching?

No coach can win with the Chicago Bears. The media will pick apart every little error made to a point where the coaches need to be fired. Waldron came out with screen passes and the media told him that screen passes were unacceptable because the last OC used them. His mistake was he listened to them. Then the media said that the Bears have to run first. Every first down after that was a run. You cannot let the peanut gallery have any say in how the team is run. The Bears need to stop letting the media have any power at all. They lost a game because of one play. The media started this negative campaign against the Bears saying that they needed accountability, when actually they were looking for public humiliation for click-bait. The team is damaged one again and the media has always been a huge part of this. It does not happen to most other teams.
