    Nice plan, but I would never have carpet anywhere in my home. I prefer hard wood floors and natural stone. I guess that would be an upgrade, but worth it in my opinion.

    You probably need to mention that the neighbors association fee (or whatever it s called) is $5000 a year ! VERY VERY IMPORTANT info for ppl to know

      I don't know where your getting your information from? Per the sales counselor the HOA cost for that community is just below $900 a year. They also have a nice community pool and tennis courts.

      @@Yes-xs7qe In Cibolo Canyons near the JW Marriott David Weekley Builds in a section that is about 5K a year because they take care of all the lawn maintenance for you.

      The Campanas is the name of the section in Cibolo Canyons that has the High HOA. Prospect Creek in Kinder Ranch is only $925 a year.
