No need to discount, I would actually shy away from that. You can mention that the deal is limited time and that there is limited stock. You can create this type of urgency around a drop and once it sells a certain amount you pull it if it's something like a POD. Or you add a special offer with every order that is only for the first 100 customers, etc. A free gift can be digital. Who is your audience? - Aaron

I'm about to open a new clothing brand using POD at least at the beginning (a real brand with an identity, not a marketplace selling random/trendy t-shirts), then I'll switch to stock and able to negotiate much better stock prices. I see several brands starting off on their first day giving off a 10-20% discount in order to attract audience - but is it the only way to do it? Is it something recommendable from day one? I was thinking to maybe including another special gift for the first 50 or 100 orders, then maybe making a giveaway later on as a "thank you" for having crashed the number of orders received (if it happens). What do you think about it? Thanks so much!

Yes definitely would find a lot of value, especially if it’s actionable advice with example accounts, as small brands often learn from copying first. When you’re a 1-2 person brand it does sound daunting as there’s so much that would need to go into in terms of varying creatives, content ideas, scheduling, non-repeating captions, etc. One of the biggest issues as a small brand is the lack of creatives. At 4 per day we’d be re-using after 2 weeks. 😂 So yes, a video would be awesome! 👍
