I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder and neck and had several sessions with sports therapy to relive pain. I was off work, 5weeks I'm a hgv driver. I've put it down to strapping down the load look after your back mate.

Hi both. Gamon meal and cake looks lovely. Regarding Tony's bad back I had a damaged Gluteus pressing on my Sciatic nerve couldn't walk more than 50 yards without sitting down very painful lasted 8 months. Even had physio at £55.00 a go lasted a couple of days then back to pain again. My doctor recommended a musclel gun so I bought the one he uses its called a Bang muscle gun think it was about £80.00 ordered it straight from Bang 100 day money back guarantee. After a couple of day's useing it I was able to walk 2 miles pain free would highly recommend.. How's his bowl movements now. Has he been 😊😊 cu in a bit 👍
Hiya Debs. So sorry Tony is still unwell. Love watching you both. Regarding dieting,, jacket potatoes etc. I’ve lost 5.5 st. Purely because, I couldn’t eat very much for various reasons. One of which, Gallstones,, since removed, also gum disease,, what a journey that has been! Now got Inplants. I just ended up not eating much at all. I’m tall ( ish) for a woman(5,7)) but my weight dropped so much, I really needed to gain some. It’s not drinking,, it’s what you’re eating. I’ve always had a drink, but made no difference to weight. You can eat ANYTHING,, just eat much less. That’s my motto! After a while of not being able to eat much, you require much less than that you can eat. Like your stomach shrinks. Anyway,, I need to draw my horns in now or will get to my before weight lol. Take care you two!! Xx
