Sound is so important. It can make something look fake, or distract and draw attention to the lack of realism, and can make it sound more real as well. I see well produced ai videos now that still generally have bad sound. Like voices straight out of Eleven Labs, hasn’t been put in a room or anythinh
Haha! So good. Love the variety. I agree that the output from MiniMax is noticeably more realistic than most of the other generators. Can't wait for image-to-video!
I was pretty surprised by the realism. Not as cinematic as Runway, and there’s a 1980s feel to most of the footage, but nothing else has the same kind of consistent movement I’ve used.
@@nobody_there_ Runway GEN-3 can do some scenes of this level, it just generally isn't as good at movement. But GEN-3 also does image-to-video (MiniMax inevitably will soon as well), which lets you control on another level
Love the hamsters in space for some reason. Maybe it's because we put hamsters in those tube connecting cages similar to the international space station where humans live 🤣
I’m working on my next AI short film and using MiniMax for some of the B-roll. The model is amazing and I wish they’ll implement image-to-video soon. What do you find the best practises to be when you’re prompting for videos using MiniMax?
It’s definitely very responsive to lighting prompts “high contrast, dramatic lighting, lighting from one side, cool tones, Cooke look, etc” but really, just do simple prompts that have very specific direction. Instead of “the man opens a door” go “the man walks down a hallway and turns to his right, he turns a knob to open a door and looks into the room with surprise”. Then you can avoid some dumb stuff like the door not having a knob, etc. but mostly it’ll work well no matter what
@@TheReelRobot Thank you for your insights. I’ve also noticed that it responds to lighting and color grading prompts well. However, a lot of times it ignores my camera angle and camera movement prompts. Have you experienced this? I also have gone into a simple format in my prompts as I’ve seen the model can get confused otherwise.
I be using Minimax heavy since it released. I actually just edited together a trailer I used with Minimax over on my channel if you wanna see what I'm doing with it.
Thanks! I added a letterbox, using my video editing software Final Cut Pro. It’s like adding two black bars on top and bottom that covers up the watermark
except not. There is no consistency between scenes. There is no way to reuse the same face, building, object exactly as it was in the last scene. It's not possible to make any film with this because of this reason. If it was, it would already be done. And it likely will never be possible.
there is a way to push minimax hard to the limit i use it for fashion , and it gives me exactly what i need from quality image to “erotic” touch. is the best i ever try. and the image is not to sharp is just perfect in postproduction with Dacinvi final colorgrading and 🔥
For sure. What you just watched was Text to Vid when it first came out. More recently I did Img to Vid and it’s more along the lines of what you’re talking about. Great tool, and with your post-production skills, even greater ruclips.net/video/P1UqxH0pWXc/видео.html
@@TheReelRobot you Images look super good !! the characters are moving correctly , and no blurred, let me check that video and see if i can improve, what happened to me on Image to Video was the Characters started moving not correctly. might be is the way i do the descriptions .
this AI tool is very slow. it takes 540 minutes to wait for your text to video prompt because there are thousands of people who are also generating video ahead of you 😒😒
Minimax is nice but the real star here is the sound work you did. SO GOOD!
Thanks man! Been practicing my “wow wow….wow!” Voice acting in case Five gum calls
@@TheReelRobot Oh, it shows. Totally paid off!
yeah, great sound effects! whole nother level. inspirational

I love the weirdness factor of this whole video! As others have said the sound is really what sold it and made it feel high quality!
haha that's hilariously good! 😂😂

Nice! 🔥
Hi. The video is amazing. Wanted to ask about the watermark . Have you removed it using some tool?
Thanks! I added a letterbox, using my video editing software Final Cut Pro.

@@TheReelRobot Thanks 😊
Is this video made by hailuo ai minimax or no?
Well it’s me using using it, yes. This was text to video, so it’s all Hailuo/ MiniMax
This is great 😂
Bro how you Added the sfx in it please 🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️ reply ❤❤❤
Epidemic Sound is where I got most of them, and I did a lot of my own sounds in the microphone. Edited in Final Cut Pro
This is awesome

Does anybody know, if they gonna still be free like this ? I doubt about it...
I doubt it a lot

Only if they added image to video
they already have image-to-video but only for themselves to fulfill their desires, people uses image to video for very ditry cases.

I wish people will use this tool to create real art and stories rather than this meaningless pile of junk
They, of course, do. You’ve just decided to comment on this video that’s just a fun showcase of a tool instead of watching one of those stories
