Only reason why I downloaded skin changer were to try out the expensive skins I'll probably never have and wanted to enhance my gameplay more. Actually have knives makes your gameplay much better and fluid. I don't consider using a skin changer to be cheating unless you are using aimbot/esp etc. But It is a 3rd party file/software like I said. And I only used this skin changer in ranked pubs to risk not getting banned, never tried it on Faceit, but it was an guarantee ban.

Apart from added bonus quick switching between gun and knife had in CS1.6 and CSS that eventually stayed in muscle memory and quickly exiting scope is still a valid thing, that kind of quick switching is a self-entertaining thing and knife animations just add huge value to that. So imho gloves will never replace knives.

Its a huge difference in timings. For example in mirage i know if i have a t side mid spawn and i play awp, i can go mid without flash because ct is gonna make it about a second after im scoped on window. If i run with glock i will arrive there when he is already in position.

My method for skins that i use is sort from cheapest and spent least on guns that are used more rarely, and spent most on AWP, AK, M4, Deagle.
