    I love how u actually show and explain how to do things. A lot of us r new to the rc world. I definitely have to give you credit for a great video! I have a Capra unlimited. And I’ve been doing some upgrades like brass and stuf I just ordered new aluminum steering axels so I can do a 4 wheel steer. I figured a little extra weight down low and a lot stronger than the plastic ones. Atleast I have someone who explains stuff like u. Great video and content

      @@upgradedrc3697 I will try my best bud. I’ve never done a video but I can try. And I haven’t done nothing that extreme yet so I’m sure I will have some issues with the dx5c cause I still haven’t learned that controller that well. But I will do my best

    Good point out on the lower front link orientation! Recently made the same mistake when installing the front lower links on my Bomber. I assumed the S curve was a "high clearance link" feature. But nope. The are straight on the horizontal plane and the curve is just there because they use straight rod ends rather than angled ends like used on the factory links. When oriented like a high clearance link I had binding between the left lower link and the front driveshaft. No go. Unfortunately, Vanquish's website has no clear photos or instructions of any type that I could find. Guess I should have watched your video prior to doing the install as it would have saved me some frustration and hair pulling....

      Yes I have a video on motor setup. I have been trying out different motors and yes the last motor I installed was a brushless motor and ESC combo from Spectrum. You watched video #1 on the Bomber upgrades. I have many more covering all upgrades done to the Bomber.

    Just did these to mine but my links have some slop in the ends where it mounts. Is that normal or should it be tight.

    • @upgradedrc3697
      @upgradedrc3697  10 месяцев назад

      No, the entire link from one end to the other should be fairly snug. The steel pivot in the center could be warned out, the bolt could be warned out or the plastic rod end could be warned out. Pin point the exact location of your play and replace it.

  • @Cooldibs
    @Cooldibs 3 года назад

    Only thing I don’t like about this kit is the slop that the pivot balls have due to them not being the correct length. They make you buy another $20 brass of pivot balls for the correct size.
