This was very entertaining. I too would like to see Bianca (the Closet Historian). I’d also like to see a segment on getting your new suit tailored. Maybe we should meet your tailor.
Hello, Mr. Wellington. New fan from Arizona. As of this post I just found your channel not 24 hours ago and really enjoyed the content. As a fan of the 50s style sack suit I the gentleman's look of that era. Also a huge hat fan I love to wear my newsboy cap & fedoras. I'm thrilled to discover there are so many people who relate to and emulate and bring back vintage fashions.
Thank you for the time and effort in providing quality content. It is much appreciated. Olga was amazing! I'll definitely be using the tips you two shared🙂
Thanks for taking my question! I didn't even know about the Asymmetrical Butterfly. Hopefully, I will be free to be with you next time. Enjoy the snow (from Erie, PA - the snowiest place in the US).
I really enjoyed the live and am looking forward to the next ones!! However, could I just suggest putting the guest's name on the video title and share their links to social media on the description box? I think it would be super helpful!
I have recently found your RUclips channel via Abby Cox channel and I just can’t get enough. Your videos are so informational and you’re personality just shines!
At work we have a couple of ‘tailors/menders’ - I’m one of them! But I’m embarrassed to ask for money (I don’t get asked often, to be fair), I ask them to give money to charity instead.
QUESTION - buying vintage hats remotely - I’ve stalked eBay on a number of occasions for hats but always chicken out in the end because I’m not sure it’s going to fit properly - I think my head’s on the larger size for women, I looked up guides online but I don’t know how far to trust them. Also I lose hats, which drives me nuts, I’m down to my regular knitted hats at the moment - is that just me?
@@TheVintageGuidebook Hatpins are all very well, but I don't lose my hats when they're fixed to my head, I lose them after I've taken them off :(....obviously not at home of course, but I weart my hats as much for warmth as style, which means that the moment I'm inside anywhere I have to take it off or I overheat.
QUESTION: Shoes, do you buy shoes often (to match your many outfits) or do you buy the quality shoes that last for years, especially if you are not wearing them a lot. Do you have a go to pair or pairs of shoes... Yes I am looking at this over a year later LOL
Who should I have on the Dandy Live Show next? Name or tag them!
I would love to hear you and Bernadette Banner chat about NYC! Or I also think you and Rachel Maksy would have great fun doing a live video.
@The Closet Historian

QUESTION: hats. How can we store them to both showcase and protect them? What do you do to clean/preserve/maintain them?
I love your channel
