I started a small handmade pet accesory 2 years ago, first as a hobby selling 2 things per day but from sept 2024 decided to take it a bit more seriously hoping it'll become my full time salary, it trully is scary because the more business we get the bigger the bills, just like you I am not trained in business but started to read about administration and management. Let's hope for the best and wishing your business sucess this 2025.
There are some incredible books you can read, I’ve read so many over the years. The Lean Start Up is good and so is E Myth. I would highly recommend watching my profit first video as well.
I think I have realised that I need a certain amount of sales a month for my business to ‘work’ we had that during lock down but never since and the stress that comes when it doesn’t work is not worth it for me. I also think it depends on what you want out of it. I never wanted a big business with lots of employees, I just wanted to work in my own terms, doing something I enjoyed and being able to spend time with my family
