It was the "bananas" tour. I don't know why they did it. But that was just a portion of the show. I was there.

@green fox Yes, but Blackmore's creativity died about 10 years before Ian's voice, plus he can't even play properly anymore (for RB standards), so I'll have to agree with Vinny... Ritchie who?
I saw them in Costa Mesa too. I was disappointed. They seemed tired and mediocre.
Without black more and lord they're just a glorified cover band
