If I am being completely honest, I am not the biggest reylo fan buut when I saw the last jedi I really loved the storyline they had and found them very interesting. For the same as anidala, I can appreciate the connection they have. There are so many interesting connections between the characters in star wars, that is one reason why I lovee it so much! So be expecting even more star wars videos from me exploring different characters too!

Well close but no. He never wanted the power over the girl. He couldn’t bare to lose another he loved. Family was everything to Ani, most importantly his mom and Padme. With the Jedi Council treating him like dirt for too long he decided she needed to be his sole focus since the nightmares were feeling too real. In truth I believe the emperor planted those nightmares in him as a seed to win Ani over
Nah man. Ani only joined the Dark Side to save Padme. they promised him she’d be safe there, and after the nightmares that caused him to question her safety, he thought it was the safest option. he didn’t know he was being played until the very end. and he stayed with them after her death because he blamed the Jedis for a lot of the bad things that happened, especially Obi.
He wanted power for the girl. He didn't want the girl until he wanted the power.

he finished what his grandfather started
Wrath- well yh ofc ani and padme over reylo any day and we can all blame jj abrams and disney for the lack of build up which there was so much opportunity for
1 1 yeah he did mean that but in the end he still did the other thing. It wasn’t planned. he didn’t plan that. It’s just a pattern in the movies probably just a coincidence and nothing more.

no i think both, neither one could save each other. plus that was anakins mission was to save padme from her death he saw in his vision, but in the end both lost each other. But reylo can save each other before its to late.

Random Yasmine I see what you see. But I think the twist will be that Rey is Anakin, what he would have become if he was left alone and not raised by the Jedi. In a sense they are mirrroring their past lives, not reliving them. There is no doubting the “relationship” has been intentionally paralleled in places.
It appears Reylo is like Anakin and Padme in reverse.

I just wanna say that this video is absolutely beautiful and even though I know some people weren't happy with the actor who played Anakin I really liked him and I felt his character's internal struggle during Episode 3.

This is amazing. There are so many parallels between them. They both have a similar love story but they're the opposite. I can't wait to see Reylo again in The Rise of Skywalker. They're totally endgame.

This is so well put together. They reflect and contrast each other blatantly. Rey was living on a desert planet like Anakin but has the hope and faith like Padmé did. Ben was in a position of power but knew it meant nothing compared to love and doing what was right. This is all done on purpose, and Reylo is one of the strongest things in the sequel trilogy that it did right in terms of redemption arcs and compassion saving people.
I love Reylo so much. I don't want to see they end up like Anidala😭😭But they are so similar and I fear Kylo Ren will die in TROS

Ben is like his grandfather in many ways. Anakin's love for padmé brought him to the dark side of Power. Ben's love for Rey brought him back to the good side of Power. Padmé and rey believed in the good of them. Ben and Anakin both died saving the people they loved most. ( anakin also died in a way. )
I would also befor another comparison Video. Especially after the end of the Skywalker Saga, i think you can clearly See the parallels. Is just my opinion. I hope i'm not annoying you.

From what i heard, Padme was fourteen when she met nine-year-old Anakin in The Phantom Menace. Kylo was twenty-nine when he met nineteen-year-old Rey in The Force Awakens. The Reylo age difference is, coincidentally, the same as Han and Leia.

Anakin never stopped loving Padmé. I don't think "He wanted the girl until he wanted the Power". Anakin never stopped wanting Padmé, he was obsessed with her. After her Death he was depressed and hated himself.
True, one thing. Anakin has Always wanted to be the most powerful man in the universe. He did want powerful Powers, indeed. But, he would Always pick Padmé. Padmé's the only person he'd sacrifice Everything for. He says stuff like "The thought of not being with you… I can't breath.", "You are my life." etc to Padmé and he even shows it. "wHy iS hE sTiLl bReAthIng thEn iF hE's nOt wItH hEr?", well 'Darth Vader' has attempted suicide tons of times. He doesn't WANT TO live without Padmé. In the Canon books, Darth Vader makes a portal to try to save Padmé. It doesn't work, unfortunately.
