I had Dr Wiebe for a class on musicology at Brock. I just learned today that Sixto Rodriguez passed, and we watched Sugarman in her class. I wanted to see what she was up to... And learned she tragically passed away. I am deeply saddened by this as she was an incredible teacher and person. RIP Dr Wiebe.
I just finished a Music and Culture course taught by Dr.Wiebe at Brock University. It was a stimulating and interesting course and Dr.Wiebe is an outstanding teacher who creates a inclusive environment that leads to excellent discussions. Dr. Wiebe is incredibly knowledgeable which stimulates learning. An amazing person as well as a marvellous instructor.
Love challenging my mind with speculative and critical thinking I know that science and imaginative creativity is the the future of technology and your presentation brought an epiphany of ideas brilliant!
its is obvious she is smart with an interesting talk, but her tone of voice is too neutral and smoothing, makes me want to sleep and find it difficult to focus..
