Because "Weird West" is a whole genre (basically weird fantasy westerns). That's like saying a cyberpunk game looks like Cyberpunk 2077, duh, they are of the same genre, cyberpunk.

@TheInfamousDope It's a whole genre that exists and is called Weird West. Comics like DC's Jonah Hex or The 6th Gun, games like Hard West or Evil West... there's tons of other comics and books too.

Just finished playing The Ascent for the first time. Really loved the isometric twin stick rpg style so this is kinda perfect timing.

This looks pretty cool, but i gotta admit it probably would be better if it was a traditional 3rd person shooter camera angle. Maybe then incorporate a camera option where u can choose between bird's eye and traditional 3rd person?
