Eish i wish MacG can invite health profession on the podcast to teach chillers about all chronic diseases. I have been dignose with kidney failure in 2014 and i have been on dialysis since. South Africans aren't exposed to donating organs because they dont have information. Big up to the guy for not being shy about it. I'm one of those who speak about my condition openly because i know it will help someone out there

Shout out to Kea, I have end stage kidney failure I go for dialysis 3 times a week, R15000 doesn't cover a month of my Dialysis and I have to buy an Injection called EPO which is also not cheap. My medical aid has not kicked in cause of the years waiting period. But I understand my condition which is the most important this.

@ziziphotshazi3326 Hi the itching is caused by high pottassium. You father must avoid food with high potassium like you banana, avos & potatoes. Get him to see a Nephrologies

@@girliemtshali7229just like adults enjoy phones over laptops, the kids enjoy it over tv because it's mobile. They can chase you around with it to the kitchen, toilet, wherever while they have the thing playing on the phone in their hands. Or they lying down on the sofa or bed enjoying the thing. That thing is a disease and in my home, we have it under control. The kid knows who is the boss and they respect it. You have to be stern else they'll guilt trip you into having it their way.
I had to buy a new phone so that my daughter could have my old phone all to herself 😅😅

I'm also like Sol, the first thing I grab in the morning is my glasses coz I can't see without them. The most frustrating thing sometimes is needing my glasses to look for my glasses😂. I've been trying to save for Lasik surgery but as a divorced single mom with the unemployment rate in this land it's very difficult. But at least I can see with glasses unlike those who can't even use them to see. Fund a chiller is the most refreshing thing man, I'm usually a paying member but the past 3 months have been tough but I'll get back on it when I can

@@noahphaahla8210 I live in a mining town so I had allergies and had to stop contact lenses. I also used them for about 5 years when I had moved and went back to glasses when I moved back home. Lasik is my next stop😅
