Setting up the brake and throttle safeguard fuel cuts in the Life ECU Firmware

The feature to cut the fuel if the brake and throttle inputs occur simultaneously exists, but the feature isn't setup by default.
This video explains how to do that, using either :
Limiter - Brake and Throttle Cut function
Or
Defined Sensors and Trip Setups - Brake Pressure - Brake and Throttle Engine Trip.
The Limiter is probably the best way to cut fuel, as an Engine Trip can cause the engine to turn off which may not be what you want to happen.

If you interpolate the brake pressure down to 0, won't it start cutting fuel as the pressure fluctuates from vibration on the straights?

Correct this is just a demo of how to set a table up using interpolation. Setting the brake pressure breakpoints to start from 20bar is also worth looking at.
