Woah...you are the only one I know who makes deviled eggs just like me. Same exact ingredients minus the hot sauce. Literally everything else is the same I'm so proud! I kept saying to myself...add garlic and onion and U did yessssss! The smoked paprika on top is the icing on the cake.

Awesome! Been making this way for years, thought I was the only one! You can even simplify this by leaving out the pickles/relish and even leave out the pepper/garlic/etc, they still taste terrific. Good call on adding the hot sauce slowly and taste testing often, you can easily drown out the egg flavor with too much sauce,and one last thing, GREAT call with the smoked paprika sprinkle too. It just adds that last little kick. Once you make these , your friends and family will never want "regular" deviled eggs again!

I eat rice all the time because I have GI problems and it's one of the only starches I can handle without pain. To keep things from getting boring, take a cue from Asian cooking and serve your rice with salty and strongly flavored side dishes. Also, salted eggs!
