There needs to be closer monitoring of work being done by the NWA to maintain proper quality control. Then again, there are questions about the fitness of some staff of the NWA capacity to execute such tasks based on qualifications and experience.
Did you ever find out was being built @ 2:18? I know last year you had done a video and you weren't sure if it a restaurant or something else that was going there.

LOCAL CONTRACTOR AGAIN DOING POOR QUALITY WORK SUCH A WASTE they spent 3 years or more on this area

Land should be left as is....not all green spaces should be developed...God already had it done
