Aloo Tikki Recipe
Aloo - 6 (boil kar ke 4-5 hr thanda kar lijiye)
pudina - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Hari Mirch - 2 (finely chopped)
Moti Pisi hui Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Kala Namak - 1/2 tsp
Safed Namak - 1 tsp
Nimbu ka ras - 1/2 tsp
Chawal ka powder - 3-4 tbsp
Oil - to cook

Thank you thank you thank you soooo much for this recipe!!! Replacing bread crumbs with rice flour is brilliant idea.. And makes sense because rice soaks the moisture. I tried with ragda and even inside ragda it retained good level crunch. The only challenge is to do it at low hit.. Needs lots of patience, especially on the electric hot plate. I started at 6 (max is 10). But then increased to 7 and it still worked fantastic!!!
