    Brother can we change the MAN r6 relay..... Coz i am having the same problem there is 1 video shown to direct connect the + battery terminal wire to MAN r6 relay green wire and boom it started but the thing is relay os getting heated... May i knw can we change that relay itself

      I wouldn't personally recommend jumping circuits.
      Keep the starndard electronics and replace if damaged, malfunctioned.
      Are you sure it is a defective relay?
      Sometimes, the fan also does not kick start due to coil over heat by time.
      May be fan needs replacement.
      In my case, water had seeped into the dashboard which caused the fan to not trigger.
      I dried out the water using heat blower and everything worked fine.

      Check coolant level OR sensor

      The problem was water in the speedometer.
      I dried it out and everything back to normal.
